Nancy Young Fun Run (added May 1 2012)
Nancy Young Elementary School 5th Annual Run for Fun is on Saturday, May 12th.  There will be a 5K race starting at 8:30 a.m. and the 1 mile Family Fun Run/Walk starting at 9:15 a.m.
***Please note that streets through Reflections will be restricted during the race on Saturday May 12th from 8:30 – 9:30a.m.***

2012 Board Meetings and Forms page updates (added November 18, 2011)
The 2012 Board Meeting schedule is published.  The Forms page has been updated with the latest Architecture Change, Auto Debit, Violation Compliant, and other forms you need in Reflections.

Proxy for Notice of Annual Meeting and Comcast Agreement: (added October 11, 2011)

COURTYARD and TOWNHOME OUTSIDE REPLACEMENT LIGHTs (added June 9, 2011)

LANDSCAPING UPDATES (added May 2011)
Entrance Monument Replanted - The next time you are entering/exiting the Reflections community please take a look at the replanted entrance monument (rendering).  The new plantings will bring beauty to the entrance during all seasons. 

Mulch - Mulch was laid around all the Courtyard homes on Reflections Drive.  Mulch is laid down in a 3 year cycle.  In 2012 mulch will be laid around all the Courtyard homes on Countyline Road.  In 2010 mulch was laid around all the Townhomes.

MEMBER PROFILE UPDATE (added May 2011)
Please take a few minutes to register your email address.  In an effort to improve communication within the Reflections Condo Homeowners Association the board has setup a mailbox.  This mailbox will be used to send information about events in the subdivision, Aurora city ordinances that may be relevant, crime watch information, general board meeting reminders, etc. Your email will not be shared or used for any purpose except Reflections Condo Homeowners Association business.

Garbage/Recycle - this page has been updated to include details on what will be picked up as part of the Reflections garbage service.  There is new information added on Aurora electronics recyling events this year as well as links to DuPage County recyling information.

RESIDENT/COMMUNITY RULES (added May 2011)
Please make yourself familar with the by-laws of the Reflections Condo Community.  It is important that the rules and regulations are being follow in order to maintain a friendly and beautiful community.  Violators of the by-laws will be addressed on an individual basis and will not be included in any webpostings.  The most common issues tend to be related to pets, parking and outdoor lighting.  Please help us to make our community a clean and inviting place to live.  Your cooporation and involvement in your neighborhood is appreciated.
