If your outdoor light is damage or broken, it must be repaired or replaced.  As stated in Article IV section 4.05 (iii), homeowners are responsible for the maintenance, repair and replacement of their electrical light fixtures.

If you need to purchase a new fixture, the Board of Directors approved 2 new light fixtures that are more durable and have a photo cell to detect when it starts to get dark outside.

The replacement fixtures must be purchased in White.
